I’m Chef Cassandra, a private chef dedicated to creating unforgettable culinary experiences that are as unique as my clients. With a deep passion for food and a refined approach to flavour, I aim to craft meals that are not only visually stunning but also a true reflection of my clients’ tastes and preferences.
After studying at Conestoga College, I had the privilege of working in 13 various restaurants around Kitchener/Waterloo, from pubs, private clubs and fine dining. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in a wide range of cuisines, from classic French to Thai, I pride myself on using seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients to create fresh, vibrant dishes.
What truly sets me apart is my commitment to providing a deeply personalized experience. I work closely with each client to design bespoke menus that cater to dietary needs, preferences, and special occasions. Whether I’m preparing an intimate dinner for two or curating a lavish multi-course event, I ensure that every dish is crafted with care and precision.
